Refund policy

We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, however if you do wish to return we accept returns on most purchases, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 10 days (beginning on the day you receive your purchase).


A return can only be accepted if the products are not used and returned to us in their original condition and packaging, please do not remove any tags from the product(s).

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on Gift cards.
Exception: For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on accessories like caps, socks and inner garments. if the packaging has been opened, unless these products are faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email the details of the item & an image of the fault to care@iconicindia.com

These return policies and procedures apply ONLY to customers who purchased their Gant item(s) from www.gant.in

We will refund the value of your returned item(s) in the form of Bank Account Transfer for COD orders and Back to source for prepaid orders. Refund process takes around 5-7 working days once product reaches us back and fulfill return QC parameters
