RETURNS POLICY
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, however if you do wish to return we accept returns on most purchases, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 10 days (beginning on the day you receive your purchase).
A return can only be accepted if the products are not used and returned to us in their original condition and packaging, please do not remove any tags from the product(s).Refund is only processed once returned product fulfills all return QC parameters.
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on Gift cards. We do not credit original shipping fees.
Exception: For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on accessories like caps, socks and inner garments if the packaging has been opened, unless these products are faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email the details of the item & an image of the fault to care@gant.in

EXCHANGES
A customer may initiate an exchange request within 10 days of delivery. Upon request, we will arrange for the return pickup of the item, and once the quality check is passed, a new order will be placed according to your preferences.
Please note "Return/Exchange is not allowed on any exchanged order items".
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER
To create return, customer needs click on Initiate Returns in the footer of the page or visit https://www.gant.in/pages/return, wherein pick of the product(s) shall be arranged within 2-4 working days.
Note: All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receipt of your packaged return according to our policies stated above. Once processed, refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your statement after the product is picked up from the return address. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. Contact your card issuer for further details. Please note that customers will not receive an acknowledgement of delivery until such time as the refund and / or exchange is processed; please check your proof of postage to track returned items.
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) in the form of Bank Account Transfer for COD orders and Back to source for prepaid orders
FAULTY PRODUCT
We are committed to honoring your rights under consumer laws. If your product is faulty or is different to the product you ordered, we will assist you to fix the problem. This may include a refund or replacement depending on the nature of the problem. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email the details of the item & an image of the fault to care@gant.in
FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS
Due to the genuine nature of the clearance sale, products marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or invoice, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizing, unless deemed faulty.
